  3. 3. Orders and Subscriptions

    • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or via the provided contact number. All orders are subject to availability.
    • Subscription Plans: We offer weekly and monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to a recurring charge based on your chosen plan.
    • Subscription Modifications/Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your subscription by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery. Changes requested after this period may not be accommodated.
    • Discounts: Subscription discounts (5% weekly, 10% monthly) are automatically applied at the time of purchase and are exclusive to subscription plans.

  4. 4. Pricing and Payment

    All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change.

    Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

  5. 5. Delivery Policy

    • Delivery Schedule: We deliver to your doorstep on all days except Sundays and public holidays.
    • Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
    • Receipt of Delivery: A signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the order, we may need to reschedule, which could incur an additional charge.

  6. 6. Cancellations and Refunds

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the order is processed. You may cancel a single order by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

    Refunds or returns are at the sole discretion of Rawr Energy.
